What a heartwarming Blog post! It’s obvious when we see you two together that you really are best buds. Josiah is a fun loving, hard working little guy. We can tell that he absolutely loves every second that he spends with you. It would be so easy to let a presumed barrier (autism) stand in the way of your relationship. But you haven’t done that. You are the best father in the world to the cutest, smileliest (I made that word up), most loving guy in the world. Keep it up. Mom & I are so proud of you!

Warms my heart that you & Josiah are “best buds”! He definitely loves being with his Daddy! No wonder–you are such a wonderful father, and you spend SO much time with him…taking him to & from PIE each day, at home in the evenings, and spending much of your weekends one-on-one. At a time when many fathers of Autistic children fall into the category of “dead beat Dads”, it’s great to see how much you do for your son and how involved you are in his life! Your love & commitment are evident, and Josiah is so lucky to have you for his Dad and “best bud”!!!
